Welcome to the monthly blog of June.

 

June is a special month where we celebrate our dads through Father’s Day. This month, everyone in Sunrise made a special gift for our dads and talked about the things they do for us. We even sang a Father’s Day song, ‘I love him and he loves me too and daddy is his name, oh! D-A-D-D-Y.’ Everyone had lots of fun making crafts and singing for our dads!

 

 

The Caterpillars worked really hard to make tie crafts for their dads!

 

They were very colorful and cute!

 

 

 

The Shiny Butterflies made these big cards for theirs too!

 

They made colorful fingerprint ties and even drew their dads’ faces!

 

 

 

The Fluttery Butterflies made these amazing trophies for theirs for being the best dads ever!

 

 

Here in Sunrise, we would want to thank all the dads out there for always taking care of us and giving us the best love. I hope you enjoyed our crafts as much as everyone did doing them!

Hello everyone and welcome to the monthly blog for May!

May is a month is the best time to plant sunflower, tomato and okra seeds. Planting seeds with the Caterpillars and Butterflies is amazing fun! From May, we like to plant seeds and see the process in which the seeds develop into flowers and various fruits and vegetables.

We Start off by filling pot with pebbles, small stones and healthy soil.

Let’s get started everyone!

  

We put some water on the soil.

This is how its gonna look like. Our beautiful sunflower garden with lots of love!

The kids did great on their memory book! Everybody looks very happy with their work.

We then pose for a photo while wait to see how the seed grows!

So that’s it from Caterpillar class.We are looking  forward to see how our plants grow into a beautiful sunflower.Happy growing! Stay blooming!

Hello everyone and welcome to the monthly blog for April!

April is a month in which many people celebrate Easter. A time when the Easter bunny brings chocolate eggs for everyone to search for and then eat! We continue the tradition here at Sunrise (minus the eating of chocolate eggs) and have lots of fun making baskets to hold our eggs!

We started making our Easter baskets!

Cutting, sticking and decorating!

Glue the sides together!

Adorn the basket with eggs and a handle!

Glue on some colorful lollipop sticks!

The Caterpillars made their baskets using two bowls!

They decorated with crayon and stickers!

Hop little bunnies, hop, hop, hop!

Let’s search for eggs!

It was a sticky surprise!

 

The Easter Bunny brought us some bunny and egg stickers which we said a big thank you for! We hope everyone had fun and we look forward to a visit from the Easter Bunny again, next year. Take care everyone and keep hopping!
